This outfit is suitable for a child or a small adult. The bust will fit up to 34" and the waist 28". The back is lace up so it can be pulled in to be made smaller.

Because this is made from a imitation silk satin it is heavy and hangs really nice, it is not weighted as the skirt it self if fully lined with cotton and quite weighty
